Role & responsibilities:
Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules using MS Office tools and project management software.
Create and manage MIS reports for tracking project progress, budget utilization and compliance parameters.
Prepare and maintain budget forecasts, cash-flow statements and business plans for construction and real estate development projects.
Lead the progress monitoring and periodic updates of ongoing projects with accurate data inputs.
Oversee Excel data processing to support reporting and decision-making activities.
Coordinate and conduct periodic meetings with contractors and vendors to ensure alignment on project timelines and deliverables.
Implement and track compliance measures for project activities, ensuring adherence to internal and statutory guidelines.
Liaise with cross-functional teams (Design, Procurement,



Site Execution, Finance) to align project schedules and resources.
Analyze project risks and delays, propose mitigation strategies and escalate critical issues to senior management.

Requirements:
B.Tech in Civil Engineering
3+ years of experience in Planning, MIS, and Construction Project Management within the real estate or infrastructure sector.
Robust proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, and MS Office Suite.
Experience in budgeting, cash flow management, and business plan preparation.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to work independently and lead planning functions.
