Job Summary

We are looking for a Manager – Compliance & Internal Audit with 3–4 years of BFSI experience to lead our Compliance, Internal Audit, and Quality functions. The candidate should have hands-on experience in regulatory compliance, call monitoring, quality audits, and independently managing audits conducted by banks and NBFCs.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Internal Audit and Quality Assurance functions.
Manage compliance as per RBI and BFSI regulatory guidelines.
Conduct call monitoring, quality audits, and process reviews.
Handle audits by banks, NBFCs, and regulatory authorities.
Prepare audit reports, compliance documentation, and risk assessments.




Identify compliance gaps and implement corrective actions.
Lead and mentor the audit and quality team.
Ensure timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual audits.

Mandatory Requirements
3–4 years of BFSI experience (mandatory).
Experience in Compliance, Internal Audit, and Quality.
Hands-on experience in call monitoring and quality audits.
Solid knowledge of RBI/BFSI compliance requirements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Robust leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate. Experience in the Collections industry will be an added advantage.
