About the Role

At Exotel, we help leading banks and insurers transform customer conversations at scale. As an Enterprise Sales Manager Banking & Insurance, you will own large, complex enterprise deals, selling AI-powered Voice Bots, Conversational AI, CCaaS, and CPaaS solutions.
This is a quota-carrying, individual contributor role with full ownership of the enterprise sales cycle.

What You ll Do
Own end-to-end enterprise sales cycles across Financial Services accounts
Drive current logo acquisition and strategic account expansion
Position AI & Voice Bots as levers for CX improvement, cost optimisation, and compliance
Engage CXOs, Digital, CX, IT, and Operations leaders




Lead discovery, solutioning, pricing, and contract negotiations
Partner with Product, Pre-sales, and CX teams to close complex deals
Maintain robust pipeline hygiene and forecast accuracy

Success Metrics
Enterprise revenue and pipeline targets
AI & Voice Bot deal contribution
Deal size, win rates, and forecast accuracy

What We re Looking For
10+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience (SaaS, platforms, or managed services)
Proven experience selling to Financial Services customers
Exposure to AI, Voice Bots, Conversational AI, CCaaS, or CPaaS solutions
Strong solution-selling, commercial, and executive communication skills
