Key Responsibilities
Manage turnkey projects from project start to final handover.
Coordinate Civil, MEP, Medical Engineering, Interior, and external works.
Plan project schedules, resources, and material requirements.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Monitor project progress and resolve project issues.
Ensure timely procurement of materials and equipment.
Monitor project costs and budgets.
Ensure work is completed according to drawings, specifications, quality, and safety standards.
Supervise site engineers and subcontractors.
Coordinate testing, commissioning, and final handover.
Submit weekly and monthly progress reports to management.

Required Skills
Experience in turnkey project execution.
Knowledge of Civil, MEP, Medical Engineering, and Interior works.
Valuable leadership and team management skills.
Solid planning and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of BOQ, billing, project documentation, and contract management.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and ERP software.
