Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Azure DevOps to lead the delivery of software development and DevOps transformation projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in project management, Agile delivery, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-native application delivery. The role requires close collaboration with development, QA, DevOps, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project delivery for Azure DevOps and cloud-based application development initiatives.
Plan, execute, monitor, and successfully deliver projects within scope, schedule, quality, and budget.
Work closely with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, QA, and DevOps Engineers to define project deliverables.
Manage Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Release Planning.
Track project progress,



identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, and implement mitigation plans.
Drive release planning and coordinate deployment activities across multiple environments.
Monitor project KPIs, sprint velocity, burndown charts, and delivery metrics.
Ensure adherence to DevOps best practices, governance, and compliance standards.
Prepare project status reports, executive dashboards, RAID logs, and stakeholder presentations.
Coordinate with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
Manage project financials, resource planning, vendor coordination, and change management.
Promote continuous improvement and DevOps culture across teams.
