Job Description:

Nageen Prakashan Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and agile HR Manager to independently handle the HR department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end HR operations, including payroll, statutory compliances, employee management, and recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the entire HR department and oversee all HR functions independently
Handle payroll processing — salary structuring, disbursement, and related documentation
Ensure statutory compliance — PF, ESI, Labour Laws, Gratuity, Bonus Act, and other applicable regulations
Manage end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Handle employee management — attendance,



leave records, grievance handling, and employee engagement
Maintain and update HR policies, employee records, and HR documentation
Coordinate performance appraisal processes
Handle exit formalities, F&F; settlements, and relieving processes
Ensure smooth communication between management and employees

Key Skills Required:
Solid knowledge of Labour Laws and Statutory Compliances
Hands-on experience with Payroll Management
Excellent recruitment and talent acquisition skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office / HRMS software
Ability to work independently and manage HR operations end-to-end

Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, MBA (HR) preferred

Location Preference: Candidates residing near Ganganagar, Meerut, or willing to relocate
