POSITION: Associate / Deputy Manager / Manager - Admissions Outreach (Bengaluru Location)

Note: The Position title is indicative. Final position will be offered based on interview evaluation.

Roles & Responsibilities
Address a large audience and educate them about the University and its offerings.
Interact with senior leaders like principals, directors, CEOs, and founders of the premier schools in India and Abroad.
Build connections and nurturing the relationship with counselors and principals with A+ category schools in India and abroad.
Organize open days, webinars, education fairs, workshops, school seminars, and other outreach events for prospective students, teachers, counselors, and principals.
Coordinate and partner with internal stakeholders such as faculty, academic leadership,



and non-teaching staff at the University for smooth functioning.
Create and execute end-to-end outreach activities.
Manage phone and email communication with prospective students and parents and counsel them on their careers

Desired Candidate Profile
5 to 10 years of experience
Qualification - Graduate/Postgraduate in any stream/ MBA Preferred
Ability to think independently, Process-centric approach
Ability to work in a cross-functional team workplace,
Attention to detail, Energetic and Enthusiastic
Excellent interpersonal, organization, and communication skills (verbal & written)
Proficient in MS Office (Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint).
Open to extensive travel
