Creative Communications Associate

Role Description

Design social media creatives, reports, presentations, event collaterals, and marketing materials.
Edit videos for social media, events, campaigns, interviews, and storytelling content.
Create engaging visual assets aligned with ATF s brand guidelines.

Requirements
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) or equivalent tools.
Robust graphic design skills with an eye for layout, typography, and visual storytelling.
Intermediate-level video editing skills, including motion graphics, transitions, and audio syncing.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of creative projects.
A solid portfolio showcasing both design and video work.

Nice to Have




Experience working with social impact, startups, nonprofits, or innovation ecosystems.
Basic knowledge of animation and motion graphics.
