Department: Field Marketing

Job location - Hubli (Karnataka)

Role Objective: -

To support sales growth through on-ground marketing activities, improve product visibility, and strengthen dealer and farmer engagement in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities: -
Conduct product demonstrations, field days, and farmer meetings
Support sales team with field-level marketing activities
Ensure effective utilization of marketing materials (leaflets, banners, posters)
Build robust relationships with dealers, retailers, and farmers
Collect market intelligence, competitor activity, and customer feedback
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for campaign execution
Prepare weekly, and monthly activity reports

Qualifications: -

B.Sc. Agriculture

MBA/PGDM (Marketing) added advantage

Experience: -

6 to 10 years in field marketing or Agri-sales

Reporting to: Regional Marketing Manager / Regional Manager Sales (Aligned with HO Marketing Manager)

Key Skills: -

a. Valuable communication in the local language

b. Willingness to travel extensively

c. Positive knowledge of crops and Products

d. Reporting and documentation skills
