We are hiring for Store Executive, The role involves coordinating with procurement, production, and other departments to ensure timely availability of materials while maintaining accurate inventory records.

Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies.
Issue materials as per approved requisitions and maintain proper documentation.
Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/software systems.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess inventory.
Conduct periodic stock verification and inventory audits.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and preservation of materials.
Coordinate with procurement and suppliers regarding material deliveries.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.




Maintain housekeeping and safety standards within the store area.
Track and manage slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete inventory.
Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory control procedures.
Assist in resolving inventory discrepancies and stock-related issues.
