Role & responsibilities
Lead the overall HR function for the spinning mill and support the Plant Head in achieving business goals.
Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning for the plant.
Manage employee attendance, leave, payroll inputs, HR operations, and employee records.
Ensure compliance with all labour laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, disciplinary actions, and maintain a positive work setting.
Coordinate with department heads to ensure adequate manpower and smooth plant operations.
Plan and execute employee engagement, welfare activities, training, and performance management initiatives.
Manage contract labour deployment and ensure contractor statutory compliance.
Oversee the smooth functioning of the canteen, hostel, and company quarters, ensuring employee welfare and proper maintenance.
Coordinate transportation, security, housekeeping, and other employee welfare facilities as required.
Ensure timely completion of internal, statutory,



customer, and social compliance audits.
Prepare and review HR reports, including manpower, absenteeism, attrition, overtime, and recruitment status.
Support organizational development and continuous improvement initiatives at the plant.
Build and maintain healthy relationships with employees, local authorities, and external stakeholders.
Lead and develop the Plant HR team to deliver effective and people-centric HR services.

Preferred candidate profile
MBA/MSW in Human Resources, Personnel Management, Labour Welfare, or a related field.
1015 years of HR experience
Valuable knowledge of labour laws, industrial relations, statutory compliance, payroll, and HR operations.
Experience in managing employee welfare facilities such as canteen, hostel, and staff quarters.
Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
