We are looking for a highly motivated, organised, and detail-oriented Event Outreach Intern to join our dynamic events team. This is a unique prospect to be part of a quick-paced, high-impact initiative focused on the Financial Markets Industry.

As an Event Outreach Intern, you will play a vital role in helping us drive targeted audience participation for our upcoming Financial Market Event. You will be responsible for researching and reaching out to potential attendees, including key decision-makers, industry professionals, and influencers, to promote the event and encourage registration.

Role & responsibilities
Conduct research to identify relevant professionals and target attendees for the Financial Market Event
Perform personalised LinkedIn outreach to potential attendees




Draft and send cold email campaigns to promote the event
Engage with prospects through LinkedIn and email to encourage registration
Maintain an organised outreach tracker and follow-up system

Preferred candidate profile
Solid research skills and the ability to quickly understand and identify target profiles.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Proficiency in using LinkedIn, email platforms (e.g. Gmail, Outlook), and basic Excel or Google Sheets.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
High attention to detail, especially in written communication and outreach personalization.
Interest in events, marketing, or the financial services industry is a plus.
