Roles and Responsibility
Manage and maintain the fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance and repairs.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of drivers and other staff members.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Analyze fuel consumption and reduce costs through effective driving practices.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain accurate records of fleet performance and maintenance schedules.
Job Requirements
Proven experience as a Fleet Incharge or similar role.
Robust knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
Familiarity with transportation laws and regulations.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
