A quick-growing global learning & professional education platform is looking for a senior leader to own and shape its program portfolio and growth strategy across high-impact digital learning offerings.

What Youll Do
Drive end-to-end program portfolio & growth strategy
Identify, prioritize, scale, redesign, or sunset programs based on data and market signals
Lead new product creation with solid market relevance, differentiation & profitability
Partner with senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product, Delivery & Finance
Act as a strategic interface with academic partners & faculty
Build and mentor a high-performing NPD / strategy team.

What Were Looking For
Background in strategy, consulting, product, analytics, or business leadership
Robust commercial acumen and data-driven decision making
Experience building scalable, profitable products
MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred
Executive presence with the ability to influence and challenge
