About the Role

As a Customer Support Executive at Pice, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them resolve queries and navigate payment, credit, and account-related services. You will play a critical role in delivering a seamless customer experience while handling fintech-specific issues and escalations.

Key Responsibilities
Provide prompt, accurate, and empathetic support through chat channels
Resolve customer queries related to: Payments and transaction failures, refunds and settlement delays, credit card-to-bank transfers, billing and repayment concerns, account onboarding and KYC verification, account restrictions, suspensions and reactivations or rewards, offers, and cashback programs
Handle fintech-specific escalations including: Chargebacks and payment disputes, lien and account hold cases, pending or delayed transactions, risk, compliance, and fraud-related concerns merchant and banking partner escalations
Coordinate with Operations, Product, Risk, Compliance, and Engineering teams to ensure timely resolution




Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions
Deliver high customer satisfaction through transparent communication and ownership of issues

Requirements
1 to 3 years of experience in Customer Support, Fintech, Payments, Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services
Excellent written communication skills in English and Hindi
Experience handling customer escalations and complaint resolution
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations efficiently
Familiarity with CRM and customer support tools is preferred
Comfortable working in a rapid-paced startup workplace
