International Customer Service Executive

We are hiring Customer Service Executives for International Voice Process. The candidate will handle customer calls, solve queries, and provide the best support experience to customers.
Handle inbound customer queries related to technical and non technical issues.
Understand customer issues and provide proper solutions.
Answer customer queries in a polite and professional manner.
Update customer details and call information.
Follow company guidelines and meet daily targets.
Maintain valuable customer service quality.

Preferred candidate profile
Graduate / UG Fresher candidates are welcome to apply.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge.




Customer-centric approach with a positive attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
UG and Btech / B.E.Graduates with 6 Months Experience in International/Domestic Customer Service can also apply.

Job Details
Process: International Customer Support (Voice)
CTC: 3 LPA to 4LPA
Take Home Salary: 18000 to 25,000 per month
Location: Gurugram/Noida
Working Days: 5 Days working
Week Off: 2 Rotational Off
Shift: Rotational shifts
Cab: Both-side cab facility available
