The Plant Head will be responsible for the overall management and operation of the Steel Pipe & GI Pipe, POLE & Structure.
Positive Knowledge & a deep understanding of steel manufacturing processes, production management, quality control, and team leadership.
Manage daily operations of the Plant facility and Coordinate with PPC and ensure availability of Materials and Drawings.
Ensure Production cost is within the Planned Production Cost indicated for the Project
Plan and coordinate manufacturing operations for production, machinery, processing, run optimum day-to-day operations
Ensure that production line schedules are in accordance with Tube Mills capabilities and according to monthly plan
Manage materials replenishment, quality standards, and performance metrics in support of organizational goals and objectives.
Manage cost structures for manufacturing by keeping operational expenses within budget allowance, and investigate cost-reduction measures.
Participate in various activities related to safety, quality, productivity, innovation, information and data security, supply management, marketing, people management, HR and other delivery
