Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to promote banquet and event spaces. Identify and target potential clients, including corporations, wedding planners, and organizations. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to secure bookings and repeat business. Conduct site inspections and presentations for prospective clients.

Negotiate contracts, pricing,



and terms with clients in line with hotel policies.

Collaborate with banquet operations, catering, and other departments to ensure seamless event execution.

Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and event documents.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify recent business prospects.

Achieve sales targets and report performance to senior management.

Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the hotel.

Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

Train and support banquet sales team members as needed.
