Booking Management Receive booking requests, create bookings, and coordinate with shipping lines.

Spot Rates & Quotations Obtain spot rates and prepare freight quotations.

Carrier Coordination – Communicate and negotiate with shipping lines for rates and booking confirmations.

Sailing Schedule – Select suitable vessel schedules based on customer requirements.

Port & Terminal Knowledge – Understand port procedures, terminal cut-offs, and basic shipping regulations.

Customer Requirements – Understand shipment details and recommend suitable shipping options.





Documentation – Prepare and handle shipping documents such as Booking Confirmation, Bill of Lading, Shipping Instructions, Invoice, and Packing List.

Email Communication – Coordinate with customers, shipping lines, and internal teams through email.

Ocean Freight Operations – Handle end-to-end ocean export booking activities.

Air Freight Knowledge – Basic understanding of air shipment processes (occasional handling).

Accessorial Charges – Understand common freight and port-related charges.

Shipment Tracking – Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to customers.

Shift: Night Shift

Timing : 6pm to 3am

Working Days : Monday to Friday
