Key Responsibilities, Authorization & Competencies:
Manage inward and outward movement of materials, ensuring proper documentation.
Maintain accurate inventory records in SAP.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement for replenishment.
Conduct regular stock verification and reconciliation.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and preservation of materials.
Follow FIFO/FEFO/5S principles where applicable.
Prepare reports related to inventory, consumption, and discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company policies.
Coordinate with production, procurement, finance, security, warehouse and logistics teams.
Identify and implement improvements in store operations.
