We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Team Leader for our Finance BPO operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in finance processes such as Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Collections, Order-to-Cash (O2C), or Record-to-Report (R2R). Candidates with team handling, mentoring, or SME experience who are ready to take on a Team Leader role are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of 1015 associates.
Monitor daily productivity, quality, attendance, and SLA/KPI performance.
Conduct daily team huddles, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
Prepare and maintain MIS reports and operational dashboards.
Resolve client and process-related escalations within defined timelines.
Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.
Train, mentor,



and develop team members to improve performance.
Identify process improvement opportunities and drive operational excellence.

Required Skills
24 years of experience in a Finance BPO.
Team handling, SME, or mentoring experience is preferred.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Robust knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
