What will you do
Collect and analyze field performance data to track quality metrics and drive reliability improvements
Assign and monitor corrective and preventive actions to resolve issues and enhance field performance
Build structured feedback loops using customer care insights and service hub data
Partner with Engineering-to-Order, Line of Business, and Services teams on quality planning and execution
