We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced skilled to join our team as a Manager - Training in the Ecommerce department. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility
Develop and maintain key relationships with digital sales partnerships through web aggregators and digital brokers.
Manage ecommerce operations, including digital sales and partnership management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators to measure success and inform future strategies.

Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field,



preferably in ecommerce or digital sales.
Strong understanding of digital sales partnerships and web aggregators.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced setting and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with Axis Max Life Insurance Limited is an added advantage.
