Role purpose

Support the implementation and optimization of marketing automation and AI-powered customer engagement initiatives aimed at enhancing customer experience, improving lead conversion, automating qualification processes, and driving revenue growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute intelligent customer journeys, analyse performance metrics, and contribute to continuous improvement strategies.

Key accountabilities
Develop and execute automated Email, WhatsApp, SMS, Push and AI-driven customer engagement campaigns.
Design, implement and optimize AI-enabled customer journeys across WhatsApp, Web, Email and Voice channels.
Automate lead qualification, appointment booking, IELTS registration and customer nurturing workflows.
Monitor campaign and AI automation performance metrics to optimize conversion and engagement.

Required experience
Any Graduate with 5 Plus years of experience in marketing automation across Email, WhatsApp, SMS and Push channels




Understanding of Generative AI use cases in marketing
Experience designing workflows for lead qualification, appointment booking and customer nurturing
Knowledge of Google Analytics, Excel and Marketing Analytics
Experience with CRM and Marketing Automation platforms.
Experience leading AI transformation or automation projects (Customer engagement initiatives, chatbots, voice bots or conversational AI)
Ability to translate business problems into AI-driven customer engagement solutions.
Experience measuring ROI and business impact of automation initiatives.
Solid project management and stakeholder management skills.
