Qualification

Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering

Experience
7 -10 years of experience in the Oil Gas / Petrochemical / Fertilizer industries preferred.
Knowledge of in-service inspection damage mechanisms.
Hands-on experience with RBI software tools.

Additional Qualification
API 510 / 570 / 653 (any one certification required)
API 571 Certification
NDT/Welding Certification

Job Responsibility
Perform in-service inspections as per applicable codes.
Perform/coordinate NDT (UT, RT, MT, PT, PAUT, etc.)
Identify evaluate damage mechanisms recommend mitigation measures.
Perform data collection for RBI implementation and ensure data quality and completeness for RBI analysis.
Develop corrosion loops and determine damage mechanisms.
Perform quality reviews of corrosion/RBI data, ensuring proper credit of historical inspection data.




Support RLA and FFS assessments.
Provide field inspection data collection support.
Interface with inspection, operation, and maintenance teams.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
Prepare failure investigation reports.
Prepare inspection reports and inspection plans.

Experience with RBI / FFS software tools
