Role Summary: As a CA Industrial Trainee in the Real Estate Risk team, you will support Risk Managers in evaluating institutional real estate lending opportunities. This role focuses on financial data compilation, risk-model processing, and providing drafting support for upcoming credit transactions.

Key Requirement: Should be eligible for CA Industrial Tainee as per ICAI guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
Risk Note Support: Process financial and project data through internal proprietary rating models and assist in drafting risk notes for proposed transactions.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Connect with Origination, Credit, and Asset Management teams to gather necessary documents and validate basic transaction assumptions.
Committee Preparation: Assist the team in compiling data, charts, and presentations for senior management and the deal sanctioning committee.
Portfolio Analysis: Help aggregate portfolio data to assist senior risk specialists in evaluating overall portfolio health and potential loss estimates.
Regulatory Tracking: Review and summarize relevant RBI and regulatory updates to support the team in aligning internal underwriting standards.
