Role & responsibilities :
Prepare and position patients for radiation therapy procedures.
Operate LINAC and other radiation therapy equipment safely and accurately.
Deliver prescribed radiation treatments according to the treatment plan.
Assist in CT simulation and treatment planning procedures.
Verify patient identity and treatment parameters before each treatment session.
Monitor patients during treatment and provide appropriate care and support.
Maintain accurate treatment records and documentation.
Perform routine equipment quality assurance and safety checks.
Follow radiation safety, infection control, and hospital protocols.
Coordinate with radiation oncologists, medical physicists, and other healthcare specialists to ensure high-quality patient care.
