A skilled and detail-oriented BIM Architect with a minimum of 3 years of experience to lead the BIM modeling and coordination for high-end bungalows, apartments, commercial interiors, and specialized facade glazing works.

Key Responsibilities :
Develop detailed 3D models for luxury bungalows, apartments, complex commercial interiors, and accurate facade glazing systems using Autodesk Revit.
Generate construction documentation including floor plans, sections, elevations, and detailed shop drawings directly from the BIM model.
Maintain model accuracy and ensure all architectural, structural & MEP designs adhere to company standards to Extract accurate Material Take-Offs and quantities from the BIM model to assist the estimation and procurement teams.
Produce the accurate 2D detailed and working drawings from the generated Autodesk Revit model to make the simplified construction activities.
Provide in office support by updating models based on site conditions and producing "As-Built" models upon project completion.
Collaborate actively with interior designers, facade consultants, and site engineers to resolve design gaps before materials are fabricated.
