Role & responsibilities

Sales Management
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual EV sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize market penetration.
Monitor sales performance and ensure target achievement by the sales team.

Team Leadership
Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate sales executives.
Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.
Build a high-performance sales culture focused on customer satisfaction and results.

Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management
Generate leads through digital marketing, referrals, events, corporate tie-ups, and field activities.
Build strong relationships with retail, corporate, and fleet customers.
Ensure a seamless customer experience from inquiry to vehicle delivery.

EV Product Promotion
Educate customers about EV technology, charging infrastructure, battery performance, government subsidies, and total cost of ownership.
Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
Address customer concerns regarding EV adoption and ownership.

Business Development
Identify current market opportunities and strategic partnerships.
Develop relationships with corporate clients,



government organizations, fleet operators, and institutions.
Expand dealership reach and customer base.

Market Intelligence
Track competitor activities, pricing, product launches, and market trends.
Analyze customer preferences and recommend strategies to improve sales performance.

CRM & Lead Management
Ensure timely follow-up on all inquiries and leads.
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
Monitor lead conversion rates and customer engagement metrics.

Reporting & MIS
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Analyze sales performance data and present insights to management.
Forecast sales and inventory requirements.

Preferred candidate profile
Experience in automobile, EV, retail automotive, or dealership sales.
Robust understanding of EV technology, charging infrastructure, battery systems, and government EV policies.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading teams.
Excellent customer handling and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced and target-driven environment.
