On-the-Job Training:
Undergo structured technical and functional training.
Rotate across departments (maintenance, production, quality, etc.) to understand plant operations.
Support to Senior Engineers/Managers:
Assist in daily operations and ongoing projects.
Prepare reports, analyze data, and support process improvements.
Project Execution:
Take part in small-scale improvement or cost-saving projects.
Learn to manage timelines, resources, and team collaboration.
Learning SOPs & Standards:
Understand and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and quality standards.
Familiarize with ISO, 5S, TPM, or other systems used in the company.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain logs, prepare daily production/maintenance reports.
Track downtime, production yield, or other KPIs.
Process Monitoring & Improvement:
Observe process flow and recommend efficiency improvements.
Involve in Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma activities if applicable.
Safety & Compliance:
Follow safety guidelines strictly.
Report hazards or near-miss incidents.
