Required for CNC machines Preventive maintenance

Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive maintenance activities on CNC machines as per maintenance schedules.
Assist in routine inspection, cleaning, lubrication, and servicing of CNC equipment.
Monitor machine performance and report abnormalities to senior maintenance personnel.
Support troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
Maintain maintenance logs, checklists, and machine service records.
Ensure proper functioning of machine components and safety systems.
Assist in machine installation, commissioning, and basic repairs.
Follow maintenance SOPs and safety guidelines.
Coordinate with production teams to minimize machine downtime.




Participate in continuous improvement and TPM activities.
