Troubleshooting the technical issue in SharePoint.

Operation Skill

Understanding of service now to manage Incident Management, Problem Management & Change management activities.
Key linking pin between support and releases/projects:
Co-ordinate day-to-day execution of incident and problem management resolution for assigned systems as defined by business processes.
Monitor the effectiveness of the incident and problem management process and make recommendations for improvements.
Knowledge of testing(Test plan, Test case, Test Report)
Other skills:

Positive interpersonal skills.
