Sulfone-based Electrolyte Development Lead
Core Objective: Conduct breakthrough research into advanced electrolytes to improve the thermal stability and safety of high-energy cells.
Key Responsibilities:
Synthesize and test non-flammable Sulfone-based electrolyte formulations for safety-critical applications.
Enhance high-voltage stability (>4.5V) and ensure a wide-temperature operational range.
Collaborate with the Validation team on thermal runaway prevention and safety testing.
Key Required Skills:
Expertise in Organic Chemistry and electrolyte solvent-solute interactions.
In-depth knowledge of SEI (Solid Electrolyte Interphase) layer formation and stabilization.
Experience with DSC (Differential Scanning Calorimetry) for thermal safety analysis.
Recommended Education: Ph.D. in Chemistry, Electrochemistry, or Polymer Science, with a track record in electrolyte formulation.
