JOB PURPOSE:

Own growth and performance of Haleon s Digital Commerce business across key accounts, with a clear mandate to build and scale Quick Commerce as a disproportionate growth driver and a stronger OTC play across the emerging pharma landscape

This role is accountable for driving topline and profitability , shaping account strategy, and ensuring the business delivers sustained, high-quality growth

It is a business ownership role , not executional account management

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Own overall PL and growth delivery across priority digital commerce accounts
Define account strategy and growth priorities across marketplaces and quick commerce
Lead the QCom agenda as a high-growth, high-velocity channel within the portfolio
Drive portfolio, pricing, and investment decisions aligned to platform dynamics
Anchor cross-functional alignment to enable growth at speed and scale
Build forward-looking platform partnerships that unlock long-term value

8+ years experience in eCommerce / digital commerce leadership role with exposure to quick commerce
Proven ownership of revenue and profitability
