Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end HR Operations for manufacturing plants and corporate office.
Handle employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities.
Maintain employee records, HRMS, attendance, leave management, and personnel files.
Process payroll inputs and coordinate with payroll vendors/accounts team.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, Factory Act, Shops & Establishment Act, PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, and statutory requirements.
Support recruitment activities for plant and staff positions.
Coordinate employee engagement activities, welfare initiatives, and grievance handling.
Prepare HR reports, MIS, manpower dashboards, and compliance documentation.
Support performance management, training coordination, and policy implementation.




Liaise with department heads to ensure smooth workforce planning and employee relations.

Required Skills:
Solid knowledge of HR Operations and statutory compliances.
Experience handling workforce in a manufacturing setting.
Working knowledge of payroll, attendance systems, PF, ESIC, and labor laws.
Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS/ERP systems.
Valuable communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Candidate:
MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
4+ years of HR Operations experience in manufacturing, packaging, FMCG, engineering, or industrial setup.
Exposure to factory workforce management and compliance audits.
