We are looking for a skilled Instructional Designer with 1 to 6 years of experience to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in designing and developing instructional materials, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.

Roles and Responsibility
Design and develop high-quality instructional materials, including course content, assessments, and evaluations.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
Develop and implement instructional strategies to meet diverse learners' needs.
Create interactive and immersive learning experiences using various technologies and tools.
Evaluate the effectiveness of instructional designs and recommend improvements.




Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of instructional designs into larger projects.

Job Requirements
Robust knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and educational technology.
Excellent communication, project management, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Experience with instructional design software and tools, such as Articulate Storyline or Camtasia.
Strong understanding of accessibility and inclusivity principles in instructional design.
