Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Counsel prospective students on course details, career prospects, and admission procedures.
Follow up with leads and maintain proper documentation of communications.
Assist in converting leads into admissions by understanding their needs and providing suitable course recommendations.
Maintain CRM/lead tracking sheets and update follow-ups regularly.
Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams for smooth onboarding.
Participate in webinars, virtual guidance sessions, or offline admission events if required.
Provide post-admission support to ensure a smooth student experience.
