Role & Responsibilities
Manage complete day-to-day operations of store
Achieve monthly revenue, rental, and sales targets.
Lead, train, motivate, and monitor the performance of the store team.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience by understanding customer requirements and providing styling assistance.
Ensure smooth rental operations including booking, trial management, garment issue/return, damage inspection, and security deposit handling.
Maintain accurate inventory records, stock movement, barcoding, and periodic stock audits.
Coordinate with warehouse, tailoring, dry cleaning, and logistics teams to ensure timely garment availability.
Handle billing, cash management, UPI/POS transactions, and daily sales reporting.
Maintain VM (Visual Merchandising), cleanliness, and premium store presentation.
Resolve customer complaints professionally and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Ensure adherence to company SOPs, discipline, security, and operational standards.
Monitor local marketing activities, Google Reviews, WhatsApp enquiries,



and walk-in conversions.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and report directly to management.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Retail Management preferred).
25 years of experience as Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or Retail Manager.
Experience in apparel, fashion, ethnic wear, bridal wear, Jewellary, footwear, lifestyle, or premium retail preferred.
