Key Responsibilities
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly weaving production plans based on sales orders and capacity.
Allocate looms and resources to maximize utilization and minimize idle time.
Monitor beam availability from warping and coordinate for other RM.
Track order progress, delays, and deviations against plan.
Maintain MIS reports for production, efficiency %, and downtime.
Liaise with sales, warping, other in-house yarn/RM dept. and processing departments
for smooth workflow.
Ensure timely delivery of woven fabrics as per customer requirements.
Highlight bottlenecks and propose corrective actions.

Skills & Competencies
Robust knowledge of weaving processes, looms (Jacquard, Dobby, etc. ), and yarn types.
Proficiency in Excel/ERP for production planning and reporting.
Analytical skills for capacity planning and variance analysis.
Ability to coordinate across departments and manage priorities.
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
