Role & responsibilities
Manage day-to-day cash and billing operations at the store.
Supervise cashiers and ensure accurate billing transactions.
Handle cash deposits, refunds, exchanges, and reconciliations.
Ensure timely preparation of cash reports and maintain records.
Monitor POS systems and resolve billing-related issues.
Ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements.
Support store operations and deliver excellent customer service.
Preferred candidate profile
Graduate or Undergraduate with relevant retail experience.
25 years of experience in cashiering, billing, or cash handling.
Experience in retail store operations is preferred.
Positive communication and team management skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS systems.
Ability to handle cash accurately and work in a quick-paced setting.
