This role is for an optical shop within a multi speciality eye hospital
Manage retail optical sales performance by achieving targets, increasing customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of service delivery.
Counselling for proper frames and lenses as per need of customer
Oversee store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and staff supervision.
Develop solid relationships with customers through effective communication and product knowledge to drive repeat business.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements for optical sales and dispensing practices.
