Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with 23 years of experience in the Real Estate industry. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, with experience in lead generation, client handling, site visits, and closing sales. The candidate will be responsible for converting inquiries into successful sales while ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins.
Conduct cold calling to generate new business opportunities.
Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into successful sales.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Schedule and conduct property/site visits with potential clients.
Build and maintain robust relationships with clients throughout the sales process.
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms to close deals successfully.
Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in the CRM.




Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth documentation and booking processes.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and new property launches.

Required Skills
