About the Role

We’re looking for a warm, passionate, and creative Preschool Teacher who believes in play-based, nature-inspired learning. You’ll nurture children’s curiosity, confidence, and love for learning while creating a secure and joyful classroom setting.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and conduct engaging learning experiences.
Foster children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
Create a warm, protected, and organised classroom.
Conduct outdoor and nature-based activities.
Build positive relationships with parents.
Observe and document children’s progress.
Collaborate with the school team and attend training sessions.

Requirements




Graduate with ECCE/NTT/Montessori certification preferred.
1–2 years of preschool experience (Freshers with passion may apply).
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Love for children, creativity, and willingness to learn.
