Eligibility:

BSc/B.E./B.Tech with ADIS

5 - 8 years of experience in EHS/Safety

Experience in Logistics, Warehousing, Automotive, Manufacturing or 3PL operations preferred

Key Responsibilities:
Implement company EHS Management System.
Develop site-specific safety procedures.
Ensure compliance with customer safety standards.
Maintain Zero Accident culture.
Conduct routine workplace inspections.
Monitor unsafe acts and unsafe conditions.
Drive safety culture through Behaviour Based Safety (BBS).
Ensure implementation of Life Saving Rules.
Manual Material Handling Safety
MHE Safety Management and Trainings
Contractor Safety Management
Safety Toolbox talk & Effective PPE implementation




Safety performance review with customer
Risk Assessment & JSA
Incident Reporting and Investigation with RCA
Emergency Preparedness and effectiveness monitoring through the emergency drills
Training Need Identification and plan accordingly
Defensive Driving Training for Drivers
Safety Standard Implementation and Audits
Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions (OSHWC) Code
Safety performance review

Skills Required:
Valuable knowledge of EHS standards and legal compliance
Robust communication and leadership skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint & Word (Power BI knowledge is an added advantage)
