Role & responsibilities
Responsible for managing the Group's Shared Finance Services across multiple international entities.
Oversee end-to-end shared service operations covering
Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
Order-to-Cash (O2C)
Record-to-Report (R2R)
Treasury Support
Financial Controls
Continuous Improvement, and Shared Services team leadership

Preferred candidate profile
A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration
Qualified qualification or part qualification such as CA or ACCA (preferred).
Robust experience in finance shared services within a multinational manufacturing or industrial workplace.
Hands-on expertise in P2P, O2C, R2R, Treasury, Financial Controls, and Accounting Operations.
Proven people management experience, with the ability to lead teams across multiple entities and geographies.
Exposure to Lean principles, Continuous Improvement, Standard Work, and structured problem-solving methodologies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to travel internationally as required.
Should be willing to work out of Coimbatore Location
