Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support end-to-end SAP SD processes including Order-to-Cash (OTC), pricing, billing, shipping, pricing procedures and credit management.
Design, configure, and implement SAP SD solutions based on business requirements.
Conduct requirement gathering, solution mapping, functional design documentation, and user training.
Integrate SD with MM, FI, WM/EWM and other relevant modules. Workflow knowledge of API will be required.
Experience working closely with ABAP consultants in preparing and validating functional specification documents (FSD), with robust practical knowledge of relevant SAP tables and data structures.
Proficiency in customisation including sales documents, order, delivery, returns and other related documents
Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and drive root-cause analysis.




Ensure compliance with audit, controls, and documentation standards.
Technically proficient on debugging as this is must.

Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 7 years of core SAP SD consulting experience in implementation and support projects preferably SAP certified
Deep expertise in Sales Order Management, Pricing, Output Determination, Billing, Shipping, and Returns.
Solid integration knowledge with FI (AR, Revenue), MM, and logistics modules.
Experience with GST / tax configuration (preferred for India region).
Experience in S/4HANA SD is a solid advantage.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
