We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team in the CAT - Loyalty department at Axis Max Life Insurance Limited. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in loyalty programs and excellent analytical skills.

Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement effective loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement and retention.
Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in existing loyalty programs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and launch current products and services that align with business objectives.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of loyalty programs, making recommendations for optimization.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams.




Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
