Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and shop-floor positions.
Source candidates through job portals, consultants, contractors, job fairs, employee referrals, and local hiring drives.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely closures.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates for ongoing and future hiring requirements.
Manage candidate documentation, offer roll-out, and onboarding activities.
Maintain recruitment MIS and provide regular hiring updates.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
Minimum 3 years of experience in blue-collar recruitment.
Experience in manufacturing, automotive, engineering, or industrial recruitment will be preferred.
Robust knowledge of sourcing channels, job portals, local hiring strategies, and contractor management.
Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
