About the Internship

This internship program is designed to build foundational knowledge in financial products, trade lifecycle management, and fund accounting operations. The program offers hands-on exposure to core financial services processes while developing analytical and operational skills required in the banking and financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Products Understanding
Develop a basic understanding of financial products, including:
Equities
Bonds
Foreign Exchange (FX)
Derivatives
Exchange-Traded Funds (ETFs)
Understand the role and characteristics of various asset classes in financial markets.
Trade Lifecycle Management
Gain exposure to the end-to-end trade lifecycle process.
Understand the functions and interactions between:
Front Office
Middle Office
Back Office
Learn trade processing, settlement, reconciliation, and operational controls.
Fund Accounting Fundamentals
Understand the basic concepts of fund accounting.
Learn Net Asset Value (NAV) calculation principles.
Develop knowledge of assets, liabilities, and fund valuation processes.
Support operational activities and reporting requirements as assigned.
Operational Support
Assist teams in day-to-day financial operations and process documentation.




Participate in training sessions, workshops, and performance assessments.
Support process improvement initiatives and data analysis activities.

Eligibility Criteria
Freshers or recent graduates (B.Com preferred; other relevant disciplines may also apply).
Robust aptitude for finance, accounting, and business operations.
Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic Microsoft Office applications.
Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
