The role of Team Member Fabric Sales & Marketing is primarily for expanding our customer base and driving our market presence focused on synthetic fabrics. The ideal candidate must possess a solid capabilities of lead generation and sales conversion. Ensuring monthly sales plan compliance. Connect regular with buyer and vendors for day to day activity on bulk progress.
Sales Performance Management:
Identify and capture new business opportunities in synthetic fabric domain.(100% polyester and Nylon).
Analyze market trends, competitors offering and customer requirement.
Deep understanding of synthetic fabrics and have positive negotiation skills.
Valuable in verbal and written communication with the ability to pitch effectively to customers
Customer Engagement & Relationship Management:
Ensuring regular engagement with customers on frequent discussion in order to understand their requirements, challenges.
Preparing and sharing scheduled flash reports on timely manner.
Working closely with customer and plant QA to resolve complaints in timely manner.
Building strong relation with existing and new customer.
